In numerous instances, highly skilled professionals, coming from poor backgroud have been unable to attend interviews due to a lack of funds for transportation. In my perspective, providing a modest allowance for transportation and meals would yield significant benefits.

Firstly, it would positively impact the morale of potential candidates, serving as an initial step towards fostering an ownership mindset.

Secondly, it would bolster the company’s reputation in the market.

Lastly, repeatedly summoning candidates for interviews, only to reject them through professional means later on, imposes a financial strain on these individuals—a factor that warrants careful consideration.
